Tambuyog Executive Director, Dinna Umengan, Chairperson of DA-PCAF National Sectoral Council (NSC) for Fisheries and Aquaculture, joined the rest of NSC Chairs and AFC reps ( Agriculture and Fisheries Council) from different Regions, for a dialogue with the President on various issues and concerns confronting the agriculture and fisheries sectors earlier today. For Fisheries, issues on post harvest losses, community fish landing centers, fishers insurance, vessel tracking system, importation and smuggling were included in the paper submitted by DA-PCAF.
