Artisanal fisher leaders under the Katipunan ng mga Kilusan ng Artisanong Mangingisda sa Pilipinas (KKAMPi) group use a mock boat while holding placards to reiterate their calls urging the national government to protect the natural resources of the West Philippine Sea for the benefit of fishers and the Filipino people during a Luzon-wide consultation titled Lives and Livelihood: A consultation on Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing on Thursday, November 10, in Quezon City. Tambuyog Development Center supports KKAMPi.
