Eduardo Gongona, Director of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources and representatives of Conservation International Center for Oceans and Tambuyog Development Center held a forum on Climate Smart Shrimp Aquaculture at Sequoia Hotel in Quezon City.
